Daybreak is an innovative, sustainable new-home community in Utah. It blends energy-efficient housing with businesses, parks, schools, public transportation and other services. Due to its vast size and broad array of offerings, touch screens featuring an interactive community map were designed into the sales center, enabling visitors to explore neighborhood features and home options as part of the selection process.
